ASSIGNMENT

NG Advantage LLC, a company that delivers compressed natural gas to industrial customers that are not currently served by a natural gas pipeline, engaged Monroe Credit Advisors to raise a term loan or lease financing that would be used to purchase specialized equipment needed to service new customer relationships. Key objectives were to secure 100 percent financing on a stretched amortization schedule at a competitive interest rate. The company has experienced strong growth as it builds out its hub and spoke model.

EXECUTION

Monroe Credit Advisors utilized its leasing and equipment finance expertise to help structure the facility and then executed its debt placement process that targeted banks, commercial finance companies, leasing and equipment finance groups. Monroe produced a variety of lease and loan options for the company to consider and guided the team through the alternatives to select the best structure and partner. The financing met all of the company’s primary requirements and allows it to continue to execute on its growth plans going forward.
